Brainspotting uses subconscious processing with a fixed gaze. While we, as practitioners, stay in the tail of the comet, we watch the process naturally unfold. But what if something is stuck? Often traumatic stress and memories cause autonomic nervous system (ANS) reflexes, many of which clear using Brainspotting alone.
